Icade: 9m revenues up 25%

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has announced revenues of over 1.
22 billion euros for the first nine months of 2021, up 25.2% y-o-y (+24.2% like-for-like) and up 20.2% compared to the same period in 2019.

The real estate group posted rental income that is up nearly 4% at 525 million euros (+1.9% for the tertiary property business and +6.6% for the health property business), as well as a 47% increase in sales of development projects, which reached 689.2 million euros.

Icade confirms the targets that it last raised in July, including a Group CFNC per share that is up around 6% excluding the effect of 2021 divestments, or around +3% including the effect of 2021 divestments, as well as a 2021 dividend that is up 3%.
