Icade: NAV per share up 6% in 2018

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has published EPRA triple net asset value per share for of 89.
8 euros at end-December 2018, up 5.9% compared to December 2017, with net profit attributable to the group of 154.9 million euros, up 18.8%.

Net current cash flow per share increased by 8.9% to 5.15 euros for revenue that is up 9.4% at 1.77 billion euros, and a portfolio value (group share) of 11.3 billion euros, up 4.4% relative to December 2017.

The real estate group proposes a dividend per share that is up 7% at 4.60 euros for 2018 and forecasts a dividend: up about 4.5% (90% of NCCF and, as the case may be, distribution of part of the gains on disposals).
