Nokia: enters strategic collaboration with Amazon's AWS.

(CercleFinance.com) - Finnish telecom equipment maker Nokia said on Thursday that it would enter a strategic collaboration with AWS, the cloud division of US ecommerce giant Amazon.


Under the terms of the deal, Nokia will support operators in their migration to AWS, while Amazon will to bring Nokia's Nuage Networks SD-WAN services to its customers.

The wide-ranging collaboration, spanning from 5G to the Internet of things (IoT) will target top customers across both the service provider and large enterprise market segments, Nokia said.
