Nokia: all necessary approvals received for Comptel.

(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia said on Wednesday that it has received all the necessary authority approvals for its tender offer on Finnish telecoms software firm Comptel.


The telecoms equipment maker said last month that it would buy Comptel in a deal estimated at around 350 million euros as part of its strategy to build a standalone software business.

The offer period is set to expire on Wednesday 29 March.
