Zealand Pharma: names employee-elected member on board.

(CercleFinance.com) - Zealand Pharma said on Friday that Rasmus Just, director of business development and an employee-elected board member, will leave the company, effective as of today.


He will be replaced by Helle Haxgart, an accountant at the Danish biotech firm, also effective immediately.

Under Danish law, a company which, over the past 3 years, has employed an average of at least 35 employees, is required to elect employee representatives for its board.
