BMW: reorganises board of directors
(CercleFinance.com) - The BMW Group is reorganising its board of directors to create a new lean and forward-looking structure.
As of 1 April 2019, the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce car brands will be part of a new central sales division. This will be headed by Pieter Nota, Member of BMW AG's Board of Directors. He will also remain responsible for the management of the brand and products, as well as after-sales services. Peter Schwarzenbauer will remain a member of BMW AG's board of until October. During this time, he will promote the company's electromobility strategy.
