Deutsche Bank: above requirements set by ECB

(CercleFinance.com) - Deutsche Bank said on Friday evening that it had received from the European Central Bank (ECB) the capital requirements that the bank was required to meet from 1 January 2023, adding that it was above these requirements.


The German bank said in a statement that the ECB had set the Tier 1 capital ratio it had to meet this year at 12.56%.

By way of comparison, its Tier 1 capital ratio stood at 13.33% at the end of September.
