Swiss Re: Bryan Garnier upgrades 'sell' rating

(CercleFinance.com) - In a report about the European insurance sector, broker Bryan Garnier upgraded its rating on Swiss Re from "sell" to "neutral", although has trimmed its fair value for the share from 96 Swiss francs to 95 Swiss francs.


The broker believes that the underperformance of the Swiss reinsurer's share, as well as that of its Bavarian peer Munich Re, should soon end, with a gradual improvement in non-life reinsurance rates.
