Nestlé: UBS still a buyer
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS has confirmed its buy rating on the Nestlé stock with a target price of 118 Swiss francs after the group announced its new targets.
The company confirmed expectations for mid-single digit organic sales growth, as well as a return to an underlying operating margin of 17.5% to 18.5% by 2025.
The group has set an annual target range for underlying EPS growth of 6% to 10% at constant exchange rates.
For 2022, the group now expects organic sales growth of 8% to 8.5%, with an underlying operating margin expected to be around 17.0%.
