Dufry: Norges Bank raises stake to 3.01%

(CercleFinance.com) - Norges Bank has raised its stake in Swiss travel retailer to 3.
01% after Norway's sovereign wealth fund received shares held as collateral, according to a filing on Tuesday.

The filing did not say from what level Norges Bank's stake had risen to cross the 3% threshold, which obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings, but data showed it earlier held 2.78% of the stock.

Norges Bank informed that it holds about 1.52 million voting rights, but no other details were provided.
