Holcim: launches 1bn CHF share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - Holcim announces that on 18 March it will launch its previously announced share buyback program for totaling one billion Swiss francs until the end of 2024, with the cancellation of the shares to be approved at the AGM in 2025.


The Swiss building materials group says that the share buyback will be financed from cash available on the balance sheet and that its volume will depend on market conditions. The program will be executed on a second trading line of the SIX Swiss Exchange.
