LafargeHolcim: 19.3m shares issued for scrip dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - LafargeHolcim announces that 19,303,633 new shares will be issued out of authorised capital for the 2018 scrip dividend.
Settlement is scheduled for 25 June, the same date as the payment of the dividend in cash.

For the record, the Franco-Swiss building materials supplier said that on 3 June, 72.98% of the dividend rights for 2018 in the form of new shares were exercised by its shareholders.
