Clariant: UBS raises target price after 'strong' quarter.
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS is maintaining its "buy" rating on Clariant, with a new price target of 22.
6 Swiss francs, versus 21.1 Swiss francs previously.
After a "strong" first-quarter report, the brokerage firm says its confidence in the Swiss specialty chemicals company's earnings growth has "increased further."
"Clariant is well positioned to grow Ebitda by 11% in 2017 (helped by M&A) and 7% in 2018 (oil & mining and catalysis growth kicking in) which compares to around 6% for diversifieds," UBS writes in a research note.
