Givaudan: 2023 net income up over 4% LFL at 893m CHF

(CercleFinance.com) - Givaudin's sales amounted to 6,915m CHF, up 4.
1% on a like-for-like (LFL) basis, although down 2.8% in Swiss francs versus 2022.

Good growth was achieved in all product segments and geographical areas, with high-growth markets up 10% LFL and mature markets down 0.6% LFL.

EBITDA reached 1,473m CHF in 2023, compared with 1,476m CHF in 2022. EBITDA rose by 8.8% in local currency. The EBITDA margin rose to 21.3% in 2023 from 20.7% in 2022.

Net income came in at 893m CHF in 2023, compared with 856m CHF in 2022, up 4.3% in Swiss francs and up 14.3% in local currency.

The group aims to achieve LFL organic sales growth of 4%-5% and FCF growth of at least 12% in 2025.
