Aegon: about to reappoint CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Coinciding with the publication of its annual results, Aegon announces that its Board of Directors intends to propose the reappointment of Lard Friese as Board member and CEO at the AGM scheduled for 12 June.


As CEO the Dutch company's CEO since 2020, Lard Friese has over 30 years' experience in the insurance sector. His reappointment for a further four-year term would keep him in office until the AGM in 2028.
