GBL: to sell around 6.6% of Burberry's capital

6% of Burberry's capital. This sale will go through a private placement reserved only to institutional investors. The transaction concerns GBL's entire stake in Burberry. “The proceeds from the sale will give GBL additional flexibility to proceed with new investments” indicates the group.
