SLB: Q1 EPS up 19%

(CercleFinance.com) - SLB (formerly Schlumberger) reports adjusted EPS of $0.
75 for Q1 2024, up 19% y-o-y, with adjusted EBITDA that rose 15% to $2.06bn, representing a margin that rose 0.5 point to 23.6%.

Also y-o-y, the oil & gas group's revenues rose by 13% to $8.71bn, half of which was thanks to Aker's subsea business, added as part of its OneSubsea JV in Q4 2023.

SLB confirms that it expects FY 2024 EBITDA growth in the mid-teens, adding that it aims to pay $7bn to shareholders over two years ($3bn in 2024 and $4bn in 2025).
