Clariane: new Chair of Board chosen

(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane announces the appointment of Sylvia Metayer, an independent director, as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the close of the AGM on 14 May, succeeding Jean-Pierre Duprieu, who has said he does not want to be reappointed as a director.


Again on the recommendation of the Compensation and Appointments Committee, the Board also decided to propose the appointment of Olivier Bogillot as an independent director, to replace Jean-François Brin.

Sylvia Metayer held a number of management positions at Sodexo, including Group Managing Director in charge of growth until her retirement in 2022. Olivier Bogillot held various management positions at Sanofi.
