Carrefour : JP Morgan Chase exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - JP Morgan Chase & Co has declared to the AMF that it indirectly exceeded the threshold of 5% of Carrefour's voting rights on March 13, following the acquisition of the retail giant's shares on the market.


The US bank said it held, through the companies it controls, 41,989,285 Carrefour shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 6.19% of the group's capital and 5.05% of its voting rights.
