Aures: 2.21 million shares tendered to the takeover bid

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that by March 19, the final date set for the submission of orders in response to Advantech Co Ltd's takeover bid for Aures Technologies shares, it had received 2,210,774 shares.


The bidder therefore holds 3,641,155 Aures shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 91.03% of the company's capital and at least 90.49% of its voting rights. As the minimum condition has been met, the offer has been successful.

The offeror will apply for a squeeze-out under the same financial conditions, without reopening the offer. The shares will remain suspended pending implementation of the squeeze-out.
