Samse : RNPG divided by three in 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Samse has published a net income, group share (RNPG) of 26.
3 million euros for 2024, compared with 76.4 million in 2023, as well as a current operating income (ROC) halved to 52.2 million euros, representing a margin of 2.7%.

Sales rose by 2.3% to 1.93 billion euros, mainly thanks to the acquisition of VM Matériaux, but fell by 10.3% on a like-for-like basis (of which -12.1% for the trading business and -3.6% for the DIY business).

The Board of Directors will propose a dividend of eight euros per share to the Annual General Meeting on May 22, to be paid from July 2. The market environment remains difficult, with very low visibility", warns the group specializing in the world of construction.
