Peugeot Invest: 22% drop in NAV per share by 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Peugeot Invest has reported a 7.
1% increase in net income, Group share, to 146.3 million euros for 2024, but a net asset value (NAV) per share of 182.7 euros at December 31, representing a dividend-attached performance of -22.1% for the year.

This change in NAV was mainly due to the fall in value of Peugeot 1810 (Stellantis share price down 40% and Forvia 57%) and co-investments, while investments in subsidiaries and investment funds rose.

The environment in 2024 has been particularly demanding for our company", points out Chairman Robert Peugeot, underlining the multiple challenges facing the automotive industry, which are leading to strategic and operational adjustments at Stellantis.

Despite this context, we have been careful to preserve Peugeot Invest's financial solidity and to ensure the stability of the dividend (at 3.25 euros per share), which will be proposed at the next Annual General Meeting", he continues, also claiming a significant investment capacity.
