Neoen: successful tender offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Brookfield Renewable Holdings announces the success of the simplified compulsory cash tender offer for all the shares of Neoen and the convertible bonds issued by Neoen in 2020.


At the end of the Offer period, which ran from 13 February to 13 March 2025, Brookfield Renewable Holdings will hold, alone and in concert, 158,568,130 shares. This represents a total combined holding of 97.73% of Neoen's share capital and theoretical voting rights, as well as 902,796 OCEANEs 2020.

Brookfield Renewable Holdings will ask the Autorité des Marchés Financiers to initiate the squeeze-out procedure for the remaining shares and OCEANEs 2022 at their Offer price.
