STMicroelectronics: resignation of Maurizio Tamagnini
(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics announced this morning that Maurizio Tamagnini has resigned from the Group's Supervisory Board, effective immediately.
Maurizio Tamagnini was first elected to the STMicroelectronics Supervisory Board in 2014. He served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman during his tenure. He has been Vice-Chairman since 2023. Nicolas Dufourcq, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics, expressed, on behalf of the Supervisory Board, his thanks to Maurizio Tamagnini for his long-standing support.
