Séché Environnement: 400 ME bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Séché Environnement has successfully closed its first Green Bond issue.
This issue is intended to refinance the acquisition of ECO, a leader in hazardous waste management in Singapore, which was completed in the summer of 2024. The initial amount of 350 ME has been increased to 400 ME to serve the largest number of French, European and non-European investors. The funds raised will be used to repay the balance of the bank loan and credit facility (RCF) which financed the acquisition of ECO. The remainder will be used for general group purposes.
