Neoen: more than 46 million shares tendered to the OPAS

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris, BNP Paribas and Société Générale have informed the AMF that, during its simplified tender offer (from February 13 to March 13) for Neoen shares, Brookfield Renewable Holdings acquired 46,084,401 shares at a unit price of 39.
85 euros.

At the close of the offer, and after conversion on March 11 of the 2020 and 2022 'océanes', the offeror holds, directly and indirectly, alone and in concert, 158,568,130 Neoen shares, or 97.73% of the renewable energies group's capital and voting rights.

Settlement and delivery of the offer will take place in accordance with the timetable communicated by Euronext Paris. Neoen shares will remain suspended pending implementation of the squeeze-out procedure.
