Axa: BlackRock below 5% voting threshold
(CercleFinance.com) - On March 14, 2025, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it had crossed below the threshold of 5% of Axa's voting rights and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.
