ING: 2.8 million shares bought back last week
(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, more than 2.
77 million shares were repurchased last week at an average price of 18.42 euros, representing a total amount of 51.1 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to over 89.9 million, for a total consideration of 1.39 billion euros, or around 69.7% of the maximum total value of the program announced on October 31.
