Deutsche Bank: 'strategic' cooperation with Germany's DWS

(CercleFinance.com) - Deutsche Bank announces a strategic cooperation with DWS, a German asset management company, aimed at developing private credit origination and investment opportunities for DWS clients across the private credit sector.


As part of this cooperation, DWS will benefit from privileged access to selected asset-backed financing opportunities, direct loans and other private credit assets generated by Deutsche Bank.

This strategic cooperation brings together Deutsche Bank's leadership in fixed-income market access with the expertise and investment heritage of DWS's Alternatives platform, which represents E110bn in assets (as at 31 December 2024).
