Fraport: 2024 net income up 16.6% to E501.9m
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning the group announced sales growth of 11.
7% to E3.89bn in 2024. Passenger numbers rose at most of the Group's airports in 2024. Fraport welcomed around 61.6 million passengers at its Frankfurt airport in 2024, equivalent to an increase of 3.7% on 2023 figures. EBITDA also reached a new record level of E1.3bn, up 8.1% (vs. E1.2bn in 2023). Group profit rose by 16.6% to E501.9m (vs. E430.5m in 2023). Fraport states that FCF fell slightly (-2.8%) to minus E674.7m (minus E656.4m in 2023). FCF break-even has been confirmed for this year, as capex is finally starting to decline, Stifel said today. For FY 2025, Fraport expects passenger numbers in Frankfurt to reach up to 64 million. Group EBITDA is expected to increase moderately.
