Vinci Energies: acquisition of Holtermann Regeltechnik

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies announced this morning that it had acquired Holtermann Regeltechnik on February 28, thereby expanding its building automation portfolio.


Specializing in measurement, control and regulation (MCR) technology, the company generated sales of 8.4 ME in 2023 with 67 employees.

This acquisition integrates Holtermann Regeltechnik GmbH into VINCI Energies' Building Solutions business area, and completes the range of building technology solutions already offered by Dechow, Ludwig Hammer, Lagrange, Alfred Pieper and Stingl.

Holtermann's capacity for innovation and experience will not only strengthen our network and improve our market position, but will also help us to respond even better to the challenges of climate change, by exploiting all the energy-saving potential of RCM techniques', commented Olaf Walter, head of the building technology business area at Vinci Energies Deutschland Building Solutions.
