Vinci Energies: acquires Holtermann Regeltechnik
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Vinci Energies announced that it acquired Holtermann Regeltechnik on 28 February, thereby expanding its building automation portfolio.
Specialising in measurement, control and regulation (MCR) technology, the company generated sales of E8.4m in 2023 and has 67 employees. This acquisition integrates Holtermann Regeltechnik GmbH into VINCI Energies' Building Solutions business area, and completes the range of building technology solutions already offered by Dechow, Ludwig Hammer, Lagrange, Alfred Pieper and Stingl. Holtermann's capacity for innovation and experience will not only strengthen our network and improve our market position, but will also help us to respond even more effectively to the challenges of climate change, by exploiting all the energy-saving potential of RCM techniques, Vinci Energies said.
