Technip Energies: refinanced its credit facility
(CercleFinance.com) - Technip Energies announces that it has successfully refinanced its syndicated revolving credit facility (RCF).
The bank financing amounts to 750 million euros. Technip Energies can also request an increase in financing of up to 250 million euros. The new RCF is financed by a consortium of eleven banks. It will mature in March 2030. The Group will have the option of extending its term twice, for a further year. It will remain a back-up line, available for general use, and is not intended to be drawn down," says the Group.
