Technip Energies: refinances its credit facility
(CercleFinance.com) - Technip Energies announces that it has successfully refinanced its syndicated revolving credit facility (RCF).
The bank financing amounts to E750m. Technip Energies can also request an increase in financing of up to E250m. The new RCF is financed by a consortium of eleven banks. It will mature in March 2030. The group will have the option of extending its term twice, for a further year. It will remain a back-up line, available for general use, and is not intended to be drawn down, it says. In line with Technip Energies' commitment to sustainability, the terms of the RCF include three key performance indicators relating to ESG criteria. Copyright (c) 2025 CercleFinance.com.
