Interparfums: acquires rights to Goutal brand

(CercleFinance.com) - Interparfums announces the acquisition of all intellectual property rights relating to Maison Goutal - known for lines such as L'Eau d'Hadrien and Petite Chérie- held by Amorepacific Europe worldwide, a transaction whose financial terms are not specified.


Amorepacific Europe will continue to exploit the Goutal brand under a license agreement for a fixed term. Interparfums will develop the brand from 2026 onwards in collaboration with its licensee.

Created by Annick Goutal in 1981, the eponymous brand has been positioned in the high-end perfume segment from the outset. Annual sales of Goutal fragrances reached around E10m to E12m in the past.
