Eurazeo : resignation of a member of the management board

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces the resignation of Olivier Millet, member of the management board since 2018 and managing partner in charge of the investment activity dedicated to ETIs and SMEs, which he has headed since September 2005.


At the head of Eurazeo's Small-Mid Buyout (SMBO) investment strategy, he helped build 'one of Europe's benchmark franchises in the segment of investment in growing ETIs and SMEs, in the services and technology sectors'.

This resignation is part of a managerial transition prepared and chosen to 'build a benchmark, recognized and coherent team' under the leadership of Pierre Meignen, a member of the group for nearly 15 years and partner in charge of the SMBO business since 2023.

As part of this transition, Eurazeo is in discussion with Olivier Millet to consider the conditions under which the group could continue to benefit from his expertise as senior advisor.
