Spie : FCPE Spie for you falls below 10% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi Asset Management, acting on behalf of the FCPE Spie for you, which it manages, has declared to the AMF that on March 12 it crossed downwards the threshold of 10% of Spie's voting rights, following the sale of shares on the market.


The asset manager said it held 11,065,123 Spie shares representing 19,119,050 voting rights, or 6.60% of the capital and 9.89% of the voting rights of the multi-technical services group for energy and communications, on behalf of the FCPE.
