Séché: launch of a senior green bond offering

(CercleFinance.com) - Utility services group Séché Environnement announces that it has launched a senior green bond offering due 2030 with a total principal amount of €350 million.


The company intends to use the gross proceeds to repay the bridging loan and the drawdown on its revolving credit line that financed the ECO acquisition, and to pay fees and expenses related to the offering. The remainder will be used for general corporate purposes.

Séché plans to use an amount equivalent to the net proceeds of the offering to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, new or existing eligible expenditures in accordance with its new green financing framework, dated March 2025.
