AkzoNobel: appointment to supervisory board
(CercleFinance.com) - The Group announces the appointment of Hans-Joachim Müller to the Supervisory Board.
This appointment will be submitted to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2025. ' Hans-Joachim Müller brings a wealth of scientific knowledge and experience in the chemical industry' said Ben Noteboom, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AkzoNobel. Hans-Joachim Müller is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TIB Chemicals and a member of the Supervisory Board of Lanxess. At the Annual General Meeting, three members of the Supervisory Board will retire at the end of their term of office: Patrick Thomas, who joined the Board in 2017 and was a member of the Audit Committee; Dick Sluimers, who was first appointed in 2015 and chaired the Remuneration Committee; and Byron Grote, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Supervisory Board since 2014.
