ADP: E1bn new bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Aéroports de Paris (ADP) has successfully completed a new bond issue - in two tranches - totaling E1bn, launched on 13 March, an offer to repurchase its bonds issued on 2 April 2020.
The two newly-issued tranches, of E500m each, will mature on 20 March 2033 and 20 March 2026, and bear annual interest rates of 3.50% and 3.75% respectively. The buyback offer and new bond issue are in line with ADP's policy of dynamic management of its debt profile, helping to balance the maturity profile of the bonds issued by the company.
