Rubis: two appointments to the management board

(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its founders' succession process, Rubis announces the appointment, effective October 1, of Jean-Christian Bergeron and Marc Jacquot as Non-General Managing Partners, subject to approval by the next AGM.


Jean-Christian Bergeron has been Chief Executive Officer of Rubis Énergie, the Group's energy distribution arm, since January 1, 2025, and Marc Jacquot, Group Chief Financial Officer, has been a member of the Executive Committee since March 2024.

These appointments will ensure an orderly transition within the Rubis management team. Its founders Gilles Gobin and Jacques Riou intend to step down from their positions on the board at the close of the AGM to be held in 2027.
