URW: two leaving Supervisory Board
(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announces the decision of Dagmar Kollmann and Michel Dessolain not to seek reappointment as members of the Supervisory Board at the AGM on 29 April.
The Board has decided to propose the reappointment of Julie Avrane for a three-year term, the co-option of Michaël Boukobza and the appointment of Xavier Niel as a non-independent member, also for a three-year term. This overhaul of the Board's composition will achieve an appropriate size of eight members and greater agility, while guaranteeing a wide range of relevant knowledge and experience, as well as balanced diversity.
