Carmila: go-ahead for acquisition of Galimmo

(CercleFinance.com) - Carmila, the retail real estate company, has announced that the French competition authority (Autorité de la Concurrence) has decided to terminate the derogation period concerning the takeover of Galimmo's shopping malls, which became final today.


Carmila will now enter into discussions with potential buyers with a view to selling the Villers Semeuse shopping mall in 2025, a site which represents less than 0.2% of the group's portfolio and rental income.
