Generali: record adjusted net income in 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Generali shares are flat in Milan, even following the publication of a record adjusted net income of E3.
77bn for 2024 (or E2.45 per share), up 5.4% and broadly in line with analysts' expectations.

Operating income rose by 8.2% to E7.29bn, driven by the life (+6.6%), P&C (+5.1%) and, above all, wealth and asset management (+22.6%) segments, while gross written premiums increased by 14.9% to E95.2bn.

Exceeding the objectives of its "Lifetime Partner 24: Driving Growth" plan, the Italian insurer will propose a dividend of E1.43 per share to its shareholders for the past financial year, up 11.7%.
