K+S: sales down 5% in 2024

7 billion euros in 2024, down 5% on the previous year.
At the same time, EBITDA is down 21%, from 712 ME in 2023 to 558 ME in 2024.
Adjusted FCF is also down sharply, to 62 ME (vs 311 ME a year earlier).
''We are on the right track and have achieved good results despite low potash prices in 2024,'' emphasized Dr. Burkhard Lohr, Chairman of the Board of Directors of K+S Aktiengesellschaft, however.
Our strength lies in our integrated potash plants on both sides of the Atlantic, as well as in our salt business in Europe", he said, before referring to the Werra 2060 project and the ramp-up of the Béthune plant in Canada, both of which are "well on track".
For 2025, K +S is targeting EBITDA of between 500 and 620 million euros and adjusted free cash flow of "at least break-even".
Following this publication, the share price fell by almost 6% on the Frankfurt stock exchange.
