Elior : appointment of a General Manager for France
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior announced on Thursday the appointment of Mickaël Girard, a 48-year-old in-house executive, to head up its foodservice activities in France.
In his new role, Mickaël Girard will be responsible for pursuing the branch's economic turnaround and initiating a new phase of development through the conquest of new markets.
Our ambition is to once again become the undisputed leader in foodservices in France", says Elior Chairman Boris Derichebourg in a press release.
Since his appointment as Deputy General Manager, Mickaël has brought together and led the operational and functional teams to revive the spirit of conquest that has made our teams and customers so satisfied today", he stresses.
Having joined Elior in 2008 as a sector manager, Mickaël has risen through the company's ranks to become deputy general manager of Elior France in 2023.
He will continue to report to Boris Derichebourg, the group's president and chief operating officer.
