Société Générale: two nominations for the Board of Directors
(CercleFinance.com) - Societe Generale announces that its Board of Directors will propose to the AGM on May 20 the appointment of Ingrid-Helen Arnold and Olivier Klein as new independent directors, to replace Lubomira Rochet and Alexandra Schaapveld.
Acting CEO of KAKO-Elektro since June 2024 after holding senior positions at SAP and Südzucker, Ingrid-Helen Arnold will bring strong expertise in information systems and digital transformations. Currently Managing Director and Managing Partner of Lazard Frères Banque, Olivier Klein will bring to the Board 'recognized expertise in retail banking and in-depth knowledge of macro-economic issues'.
