Eurazeo: shares in Iroko sold to management

(CercleFinance.com) - The founders and managers of Iroko, a specialist in real estate savings, announced on Wednesday that they had strengthened their capital position by buying out the stake previously held by Eurazeo.


In 2020, Iroko had raised three million euros from Eurazeo, HEC Ventures and its historical shareholder LO Capital in order to give itself "the means to achieve its ambitions".

At the time, the aim was to reach 100 million euros in assets under management within three years, a figure that was well exceeded, as Iroko's assets under management reached 265 million euros by the end of 2022.

The company, which boasts around one billion euros under management, claims to enjoy the trust of 20,000 savers and over 1,200 partner asset management advisors.

With a staff of 60, Iroko deploys the capital entrusted by its customers in six European countries (France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Ireland).

Its SCPI 'Iroko Zen', launched in November 2020, alone has a capitalization of over 900 million euros.
