Edenred : new Chief Financial Officer

(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred announces the appointment of Virginie Duperat-Vergne as Chief Financial Officer of the Group, and as such, as a member of the Executive Committee.
She will take up her new post on June 2, reporting to CEO Bertrand Dumazy.

She will succeed Julien Tanguy, who is stepping down on March 28 to take up a position as CEO of a French company. She will have a key role in steering Edenred's performance, particularly in monitoring the operational efficiency plan.

Since 2020, Virginie Duperat-Vergne has been CFO of Arcadis, an engineering and consulting company based in Amsterdam. She was also Chairman of the Audit Committee on the Board of Directors of EliorGroup between 2018 and 2024.
