Viridien: successful senior bond offering

(CercleFinance.com) - Viridien announces the successful completion of its offering of senior secured bonds due September 2030 in aggregate principal amounts of $450 million and €475 million, bearing interest at rates of 10% and 8.
5% respectively.

The geosciences group also announces the signing on the issue date (March 25, 2025) of a super senior revolving credit facility (RCF) in the amount of $125 million, secured by the same collateral as the bonds.

Viridien intends to use the net proceeds of the offering, together with its available cash, to satisfy, discharge and subsequently redeem its second lien secured bonds maturing in 2027, and to pay all fees and expenses associated with the refinancing.
